While at Channel 8 Wish-TV, Merlin spoke today with RoShanda Johnson with Fervant Prayer Ministries and asked her the “What if” question.  Listen in as RoShanda tells what she sees of broken people who are searching for the answer to that questions and don’t know what it is.  What is RoShanda’s answer to that dilemma?  Listen in and find out.

Today Merlin talked with Mark Myers, the Mayor of Greenwood, asking him the same question: “What do you think your neighborhood would look like if the Kingdom of God was there?”   It may surprise you to know that Mayor Myers believes that the Kingdom of God is already here though he feels many don’t realize it.  There are 4 things that the Mayor believes characterizes the presence of the Kingdom and we challenge you today to listen and find out what those 4things are.  He also believes that even during the problems the economy brings into a family, if you “put God in the middle, He will bring those things along in your life.”   Listen also for the request that the Mayor has of you and I to help him make the right decisions for the city.

After the first Town Hall  Meeting at the Overcoming Church today, Merlin spoke with David Gootee, a police department chaplain and he asked him the same question: “What do you think your neighborhood would look like if the Kingdom of God was here?”  Listen today to David’s very detailed answer.

Yesterday Merlin talked with Bob, the founder of New Song Ministry in Brown County, asking him that same question: “What would your neighborhood look like if the Kingdom of God were present?”  Listen to his answer for it includes some aspects of the Kingdom blessing that haven’t been mentioned so far.  Can you tell what they are?

While off with his wife, Annie, on a 10-day sabbatical to write,  Merlin talks to a waitress at a small town restaurant and asks her the same question our series these past few weeks has been about: “What would your city look like if the Kingdom of God was here or God’s blessing was present?”  Listen in as she “gets real” with her answer.

Recently Merlin visited Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital to visit both with a patient, Terry, and a nurse in the ICU, Donna, to gain their perspectives.
